MEXC Offers Zero-Fee USD Deposits
The astonishing fact about this new feature is that USD deposits made through SWIFT carry no exchange fees. However, the feature is available to eligible users in supported regions. The withdrawal fees, where applicable, are displayed on the withdrawal page.
To make a deposit, users need to select USD as their fiat currency. Then, choose Bank Transfer (SWIFT) as the payment method. They can then copy the beneficiary bank details provided by MEXC and initiate the transfer through their own bank. MEXC said deposits are generally credited within one business day. However, processing times can vary depending on intermediary banks.
Users need to confirm that the service is available in their region or not. It is better to review MEXC’s latest terms, fees, and transfer requirements before initiating a transaction.
SWIFT Transfers Expand Fiat Access
USD withdrawals are also supported by MEXC. The exchange allows users to transfer funds from their MEXC fiat accounts back to their bank accounts. Applicable fees are displayed during the withdrawal process.
Access to the service depends on user eligibility. The user’s proof of identity or address must originate from a supported country or region. The addition of this useful feature gives MEXC users another option for moving larger amounts of fiat to and from the exchange.
Other major cryptocurrency exchanges are also providing USD bank transfer options through SWIFT or banking partners. However, the availability, fees, processing times, and eligibility requirements vary by platform and jurisdiction.
