It allows employees to manage their life in a responsible way and under less pressure. Working under pressure is a source of stress, which adversely affects one’s mental health.
In addition, flexibility at work is important if you want to recruit and retain young talents. Flexibility may come in different forms. Some interpret it as flexible working hours, but others interpret it as flexible workplace environments. Flexibility allows you to create healthier work environment, as the employees have freedom and room to meet both personal and professional needs.

This can be a difficult part. It is not easy to trust others, who had never worked with you before. In fact, this is one of the keys for building a cohesive and effective team. Trusts mean many things. You can share your feeling and ideals with some other if you trust him/her. Likewise, a leader can share important things on business development when he/she trusts the employees. Of course, sharing your ideas can be a risky decision. However, no solid team is founded when there is no trust between the members.

Building resilience can be a hard work for many leaders. However, any leaders can do it. You can begin by doing corporate wellness assessment. Resilience only flourishes in an organization that invests in fostering well-being of its employees. By assessing their wellness, you can uncover their needs, goals, desires, and weaknesses. This way, you can tailor the strategies to improve their well-being.
Investment in employees’ well-being may come in many programs. They include stress management training, coaching, resilience training, mindfulness workshops, and many more. Alternatively, entertaining programs like outbound or family gathering may help in creating a cohesive organization.
