Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | March 23, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY breakout above the 131.50 – 132.00 area and printed a higher swing high. The pair tested the 133.50 resistance level today and get rejected from it. The bearish rejection might be temporary without strong bearish momentum. If the pair could add more bullish pressure then we might see a breakout toward the 135.00 resistance level.

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP failed to maintain the level above 0.8400 and the trendline. The pair started moving lower again and currently trading near 0.8325. If the pair continues moving lower and print a lower swing low then traders will expect a long-term bearish continuation. However, if the pair reverse the current bearish pressure and start moving upward then a higher swing low will be printed.

We think the pair has more chance to start a bullish leg compared to a bearish one.
