Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | October 11, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY bounced from the trendline and surpassed the previous day’s high. The pair is set to resume the bullish trend to target a new higher high. If the pair could continue to maintain the positions above 140.50 until the end of the week then traders could expect a bullish continuation. On the other hand, a close below 140.50 is a bearish sign to target the previous swing low.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 140.50, 137.40, 135.00, 134.50

Resistance: 145.00, 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP stick near the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area and currently will continue to test the area. Traders will monitor the pair reactions near the area for now. If the pair could bounce from the area then a new higher low will be printed and traders will expect another retest on the 0.8900 – 0.9000 area.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8750, 0.8700

Resistance: 0.8900, 0.9000, 0.9300

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY managed to maintain the positions above 161.00 and there is a bounce reaction today. The pair will continue the ranging movement between 161.00 – 164.00 and traders will wait until the breakout happen. Meanwhile, traders could apply range trading strategies with a bullish bias.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 161.00, 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 164.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF got rejected from the 1.1200 resistance level and experience bearish pressure. However, the bearish pressure faded, and the pair currently trading sideways. Will the pair stage another bullish attempt toward the 1.1200 resistance level? Alternatively, will it continue the bearish trend to target 1.0500 and the parity level?

Support: 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1200, 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
