EUR/JPY
EUR/JPY is slightly lower today but currently trading inside yesterday’s range. The pair situation is bullish but another bearish pullback might happen toward the Fibonacci Retracement levels. Traders will wait for a new higher swing high or lower swing low to confirm the pair’s next long-term direction. As long as the pair continue printing new higher highs and higher lows, there is no reason to turn bearish yet.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 167.14, 165.81, 163.00, 162.00, 160.00
Resistance: 170.00, 171.51
EUR/GBP
EUR/GBP looks trading sideway after the bounce from the 0.8400 support level. The pair might continue trading sideways for now and traders will await for further confirmation. On the upside, if the pair continues the bullish movement then it will target the 0.8500 – 0.8530 area. On the lower side, a breakout and close below 0.8400 will confirm the continuation of a bearish trend.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 0.8400, 0.8325
Resistance: 0.8500, 0.8530, 0.8580, 0.8600, 0.8700, 0.8750
GBP/JPY
GBP/JPY is under bearish pressure today but without significant movement. The pair seems will continue trading sideways near the current level or start another bearish leg toward the 198.00 support level. Nevertheless, traders will wait near the support level for bullish reactions and a chance to add more long positions. However, if the pair breaks lower and prints a new lower swing low then the trend might turn bearish.
Today’s Critical level to watch:
Support: 198.00, 193.50, 190.00
Resistance: 200.00
GBP/CHF
GBP/CHF managed to bounce from the 1.1200 – 1.1225 area and will target the green box area. If the pair could move upward and reach the area then traders will prepare for short positions. When the pair formed a strong bearish reaction from the area then traders will enter short positions. A close above the area will cancel the bearish outlook.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 1.1225, 1.1200
Resistance: 1.1360, 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
