The pair continue its gain since the bearish movement below 158.00. It is now trading near 160.00 and producing tails on the upper and lower levels. If the pair continues moving upward then traders could wait near the resistance level for bearish reactions. When there is bearish reactions, traders could enter short positions targeting a new lower swing low.

EUR/GBP extended the bearish movement and printed a new lower swing low. The pair has continually printed new lower lows and lower highs which means the bearish trend has not changed yet. If the pair starts moving higher then traders could wait near the resistance level for bearish reactions. On the upside, 0.8325 will become the resistance level to watch for bearish reactions.

GBP/JPY
GBP/JPY bounced from the 188.50 level and currently trading upward near the 193.50 level. The pair might attempt to extend the bullish movement above 193.50. However, if the pair lost bullish pressure and closed below 193.50 by the end of the week then traders could expect a bearish continuation. On the lower side, a new lower swing low will confirm the continuation of a bearish trend.

Resistance: 198.00, 200.00
GBP/CHF
GBP/CHF gaining more ground and leaving the 1.1100 support level. No change to the ranging outlook of the pair between 1.1100 – 1.1360. If there is no change in the situation then the pair could continue the bullish movement toward the upper range. Traders will continue to use the range to do range trading strategies. When a breakout and close outside of the range happen, traders will get confirmation on the long-term direction of the pair.
