Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | July 22, 2025

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY whipsawing up and down today as it move with wide range. The pair looks will close the day near the opening level, which suggest indecision. The pair might trade in stalemate but with bullish bias. If the pair turn lower, then 170.00 is the level to watch as correction target. Traders will continue to hold long positions or scale out of positions for now, while look for opportunity to add long positions at a lower level.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 173.00, 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP continue the upward movement and getting near the 0.8700 level again. The pair soon will test the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area again. If it manages to breakout above the area and print a higher swing high, then the bullish trend might continue. On the lower side, the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area will act as support level when a bearish correction happens.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500, 0.8430, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

No breakout above the 200.00 handle yet in GBP/JPY. The pair undergo bearish pressure and retested the 198.00 also support trend line. A bounce reaction has happened and a possible stop hunt done below 198.00. If the pair could reverse upward with strong momentum, then traders could expect a test on the 200.00 handle soon.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 198.00, 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF resume the bearish trend after retesting 1.0800 level. The pair will target the 1.06091 swing low as initial target. After the swing low, it might extend the bearish movement immediately toward 1.04475. No change to the bearish situation yet, as long as the pair stay below 1.0800, the bearish trend could continue.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.0800, 1.1000, 1.1200
