EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY back under bearish pressure after the breakout above the triangle pattern. It seems the situation is unclear yet, as the pair could either resume upward movement or fall to test the bullish trend line. Traders who has no positions will wait near the lower trend line for bullish reactions to enter long positions.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 173.00, 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP is moving below the 0.8700 – 0.8750 and it trade lower for now. No new higher swing high printed which mean, a strong bearish move and new lower swing low will cancel the bullish outlook. However, if the pair could climb above 0.8750 and close above it with strong momentum then the bullish trend will continue.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500, 0.8430, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY continue consolidation between 198.00 – 200.00 which mean no change to the sideways situation yet. The same as before, traders will wait until the pair make a breakout and close outside the area. When the pair close outside the area with strong momentum, then it is initial confirmation of new direction.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 198.00, 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF return to the 1.0800 level which might extend the consolidation phase. We have drawn a triangle pattern on the chart where there is chance of bearish move to test lower trend line. Traders could wait for a breakout from the triangle range to confirm the next direction. At the current time, the bear still has upper hand which make us lean to bearish scenario.

Support: 1.0800, 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.1000, 1.1200
