Bitcoin Encounters Massive Pressure Below 200DMA
Based on the market data, the current price of Bitcoin ($BTC) is sitting below the $107.4K mark, which is the 200-day moving average (200DMA). In this respect, it is going through huge pressure and needs to claim a stable position. Simultaneously, the 111-day moving average of the leading crypto asset is up to $114.7K, which seems considerably above its present position.
Apart from that, while changing hands at $104,345.70, Bitcoin ($BTC) displays a 6.42% decrease in its price. Additionally, the market capitalization of the top crypto coin is $2.08T, indicating a 6.4% plunge. In the same vein, the weekly price performance of Bitcoin ($BTC) accounts for 13.9% dip.
365DMA is Crucial for Price Stability Amid Risks of Further Downtrend
Keeping this in view, over the past few days, Bitcoin ($BTC) has been experiencing a continuous downtrend. Thus, the mounting price pressure is raising concerns among the community members. Additionally, the market analysts stress the requirement for a stability to prevent further decline. Specifically, 365-day moving average (365DMA), which is almost $99.9K, plays a crucial role in this scenario.
According to Glassnode, if Bitcoin ($BTC) holds around $99.9K (365DMA), it could witness a stabilized price trend. On the other hand, a break below the respective price support level could pave the way for massive risks of a considerably deeper correction. Therefore, several $BTC holders are urging others to hold steady rather than engaging in sell-offs. However, whether this downtrend continues or Bitcoin’s ($BTC) price stabilizes remains to be seen over the next few days.
