USDX (USD Index)

The U.S. Dollar Index came under strong selling pressure, breaking below the psychological 100.00 level and signaling a potential shift in short-term momentum. The downside move reflects improving risk appetite and may extend further if macro sentiment remains supportive. However, geopolitical developments — particularly around the Iran situation and oil prices — remain key drivers for direction. A sustained move below 100.00 could open the door for deeper weakness to test the bullish trend line.

EUR/USD

FBS The Best Forex Broker

EUR/USD surged with strong bullish momentum, forming what appears to be a bullish engulfing structure on the daily timeframe. Importantly, the recent downside failed to produce a new lower swing low, suggesting weakening bearish pressure. A break above 1.16287 would confirm a higher swing high and mark a potential trend reversal to the upside. Until then, the move can still be considered a recovery within a broader range.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1360, 1.1300

Resistance: 1.1500, 1.1580, 1.1710, 1.1820,1.2000, 1.2070

GBP/USD

GBP/USD is attempting to stabilize after recent selling pressure, but the recovery remains limited near the 1.3250 resistance area. The structure is still bearish for now. For a meaningful shift in bias, price needs to break and establish a higher swing high above 1.3477. Without that, any upside movement is likely corrective rather than a full reversal.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.3125, 1.3050, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3250, 1.3300, 1.3330, 1.3450

USD/JPY

USD/JPY retreated from the 160.00 resistance area after failing to secure a breakout above this level. The rejection highlights continued resistance overhead, with price entering a short-term corrective phase. While the pullback suggests near-term weakness, the broader structure remains supported, with the pair holding above key higher lows. Further price action around the 160.00 level will be critical in determining the next directional move.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 158.89, 155.50, 155.00, 153.00, 151.00

Resistance: 160.00, 161.18

AUD/USD

AUD/USD rebounded before reaching the 0.6820 support level, indicating emerging buying interest at higher levels. The recovery suggests the potential for a short-term corrective move to the upside. However, the broader trend remains under pressure, and the current rebound may be limited unless stronger bullish momentum develops. On the upside, 0.7000 is the resistance level to watch.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.6820, 0.6750, 0.6700, 0.6600

Resistance: 0.7000, 0.7160
