Binance Wallet has introduced Pre-Access campaigns for its users. The pre-access is hosted by PancakeSwap. It will allow Binance Wallet users to gain indirect and tokenized exposure to private companies that may eventually go public. The initiative aims to bring pre-IPO opportunities to a broader group of users through an on-chain model. According to Binance Wallet’s announcement, Pre-Access is designed to provide access to early-stage opportunities.

Binance Wallet Connects Users to PancakeSwap Pre-Access Campaigns
The campaigns are available through the Binance Wallet interface. This interface will act as a technical gateway to subscription pages hosted by PancakeSwap. Users will be able to interact with the campaigns through a Binance Keyless Wallet while retaining control of their assets.
Allocation quotas will depend on several factors including Alpha Points, on-chain bStocks trading volume and holdings. Specific allocation mechanisms may vary between campaigns.
Binance’s FAQ describes a Pre-Access Token as a third-party tokenized asset that may provide contractual or indirect economic exposure. These tokens do not represent direct ownership of company shares, equity, or underlying assets.
As a result, holders do not receive shareholder rights such as voting rights or dividends. The products are operated by PancakeSwap and third-party providers. Binance Wallet also clarified that it does not issue, sell, sponsor, or manage the Pre-Access products.
Campaigns Will Detail Pricing and Allocation Rules
Each PancakeSwap campaign page will provide information about the target company and subscription price. It will also provide information about implied valuation, campaign timeline, allocation rules, and associated risk disclosures.
If demand exceeds the available allocation, users may receive a reduced allocation based on the rules of the individual campaign. Following subscription, allocated tokens may be held and transferred. However, lock-ups, liquidity restrictions, and other limitations may apply.
Binance and PancakeSwap have emphasized that Pre-Access Tokens are high-risk instruments that may have limited liquidity. A future IPO is also not guaranteed, while the price of a Pre-Access Token could trade above or below any eventual public share price.
