Forex Technical Cross Pairs analysis September 27, 2019

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY closed lower for the seventh days yesterday. The pair continue under pressure but no major bearish close below 117.80 yet. Today, the bull returns into the market and bring EUR/JPY higher. If the bull could maintain EUR/JPY positions at the current level until the market close then it will form a bullish engulfing pattern. A confirmation of the bullish engulfing pattern will bring EUR/JPY higher to test 119.20.

Support: 117.80

Resistance: 119.00, 119.20, 120.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP trend is bearish but the pair slowly slopes upward at the current level. It might test 0.8920 resistance soon. We expect rejection from the resistance and traders could look for a clue to enter short positions. However, Brexit announcement could change the situation in EUR/GBP radically which mean traders must proceed with caution.

Support: 0.8800, 0.8750

Resistance: 0.8900, 0.8920, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is on the path lower and traders might want to avoid long positions for now. The pair expected to trade between two trendlines. However, a major event will take place in the UK soon. The overall map GBP/JPY might change after the announcement of Brexit. Traders might want to wait for now.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 133.00, 132,00

Resistance: 134.00, 135.00, 136.00

GBP/CHF

A breakout from 1.2300 – 1.2500 range happened and GBP/CHF slightly lower. No clue on the next direction yet, the pair traded not far from the bearish close level. If GBP/CHF move higher then it might react bearishly near 1.2300. Wait until further clue present before enters any positions.

Support: 1.2075, 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2300, 1.2500
