GMI UK and Brokeree Team Up To Provide CFDs And FX Liquidity

Brokeree Solutions, a technology solutions provider based in Estonia, has recently expanded its company’s portfolio through a new integration with Global Market Index Limited, an FCA-regulated company commonly referred to by its trade name, GMI UK. Through this integration, Brokeree is capable of expanding its portfolio, particularly its MT4/MT5 Liquidity bridge, which handles risk management, trade execution, and liquidity aggregation.

Expanding Its Mutual Offering

The institution-focused broker will be capable of providing brokers within MetaTrader 4 and 5 with STP execution for 15 CFDs and 41 FX pairs, as well as commodities and major indices. This integration leverages the latest in FIX API in order to guarantee a low-latency execution, as well as robust performance, according to the Brokeree statement.

FBS The Best Forex Broker

Through this combined effort, Brokeree will be able to tap into GMI’s matching and price aggregation capabilities, while at the same time boost its own liquidity distribution network. The collaboration enables the company’s institutional client base to expand, and at the same time being able to service other markets like mid-sized institutions, active professional traders, as well as retail brokerage.

A Little History

Liquidity Bridge covers an impressive 20 different liquidity providers, exchanges, prime brokers, and aggregators, all currently integrated through simultaneous connection to both the MT4 and the MT5 servers.

GMI started its operations back in 2009, primarily focusing on the Asia Specific Market. The company, co-founded by Jeff Chao, pioneered the introduction of STP and ECN technologies within the region. By 2015, the company had secured the needed approval from City regulator in order to operate as a broker within the UK, albeit an STP-ECN only broker.

Strong Leadership And Innovation

Through recent reports, it can be learned that GMI UK has recently doubled in terms of trading volumes, having done so through the leadership of Ashraf Ebid, the current CEO. Ebid had joined the company back in 2016, after having spent a long 30 years across Dubai, Singapore, the UK, Japan, and Australia.

Recently, Brokeree Solutions has managed to offer a pipeline of solutions for MetaTrader 5. Ultimately, this led to most of its essential products being made available to MT5 brokers. The hedging functionality, a long-awaited tradition at the time, had been added to MT5 back in 2017, and has convinced the retail FX industry to upgrade to the new platform. This, in turn, makes the offerings expand and complements the platform’s features.
