Uncertain U.S lawmakers to trigger bearish day

U.S stock market set to open lower as DJIA futures down nearly 100 points. The lawmaker has agreed on $1,200 stimulus check but undetermined on additional unemployment assistance. Despite the situation, we think the bill will be passed and the market start moving bullishly again.

Today, the market focus will return to the earnings report. Disney (DIS), Beyond Meat (BYND), Twilio (TWLO), Wynn Resort (WYNN) set to report earnings.

Technical Analysis

Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)

No breakout from the 26,000 – 27,000 range yet, the DJIA index reached the 26,000 support level and bounced from it. At the current time, DJIA might continue upward and test the 27,000 resistance level. Traders will continue to observe the index movement inside the range 26,000 – 27,000 for now.

Box Inc (BOX)

BOX share prices reached the daily SMA 100 around $17.00 and bounce from it. There are three bullish closes that might lead the share prices further upward. However, the level around $18.00 might act as a resistance level which might reverse the share price direction.

If the share prices move lower then traders could use daily SMA 100 & 200 as the level to take long positions.
