Euro ended Friday’s trading up 0.6% against USD, its third daily gain in a row, with the biggest daily gain since July 20, hitting a one-week high of $ 1.1444.


The strong daily gain of the single European currency hit the euro, after Europe’s main inflation data, which hit its highest level since January 2013, supporting prospects for the ECB to end its monetary stimulus altogether, During 2019.

Over the past week, the euro gained 0.2% against the dollar, its first weekly gain in a month, as the US currency depreciated against most major and minor currencies, especially after the announcement of a new round of US-China commissioners and the recovery of most emerging market currencies Turkish Lira.

Investors are expected on Monday to confirm the launch of the commissioners among the world’s biggest economists later this week, which will further ease fears of global trade tensions, which will put pressure on the US dollar and support the recovery of major and minor currencies as well as emerging market currencies .
