If the pair could print a new higher high then the bullish movement will continue. EUR/GBP made a bullish close inside the 0.8580 – 0.8600 yesterday which could reverse the trend. However, the pair could not resume the bullish movement today and experienced major bearish pressure. At the current time, the pair almost erase all of its gains yesterday. Will the pair continue the bearish movement and print a new lower low? Alternatively, will it close above 0.8600 to cancel the bearish outlook?

GBP/JPY printed a new higher high today which confirms bullish continuation. The pair moving upward with strong bullish momentum and might continue the bullish movement for a few more days. On the upside, 178.50 might be the resistance level to watch based on the Fibonacci Retracement levels. When the pair start a bearish correction, traders will wait near the support level for a chance to enter long positions.

GBP/CHF
GBP/CHF building more bullish pressure after the breakout and bouncing from the trendline. The pair now could continue the upward movement to target the 1.1530 – 1.1600 area. Without any new lower low printed on the chart, it is better to avoid shorting the pair. A close below 1.1200 might become the bearish confirmation to watch for a bearish reversal.
