Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | March 16, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY has not shown any major bearish reaction since the bounce from the 125.00 support level. The pair continue moving upward and currently testing the orange and blue box area. If the area is broken to the upside then there is a chance to retest the 131.50 – 132.00 area. Traders will continue to monitor the pair reaction at the current level as the Fed FOMC meeting is looming.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 128.00, 127.00, 125.00

Resistance: 130.00, 131.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP consolidating near the 0.8400 level. The pair formed a bearish close yesterday after printing a higher high. There is a bullish attempt today but no confirmation yet that the pair will continue moving upward. If the pair trade lower and close below the trendline then traders will prepare for downward movement to test 0.8325.

Support: 0.8325, 0.8200, 0.8120

Resistance: 0.8400

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY closed above the 153.50 resistance level and continue moving upward before the Fed FOMC meeting today. If the pair continue to maintain the upward direction then there is a chance of bullish continuation toward the 156.58 resistance level. On the other hand, if the pair reverse the direction and close below 153.50 then the pair set to target 149.20 – 150.00 area.

Support: 150.00, 149.20

Resistance: 153.50, 156.58, 160.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF moving upward and tested the 1.2300 resistance level. There is moderate bullish momentum and traders will observe closely the pair reaction today. If the pair could continue its bullish movement and close above 1.2300 then there is chance of bullish continuation to retest 1.2500.

Support: 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2300, 1.2500, 1.2600, 1.2700
