Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | May 30, 2025

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY is inside the new triangle area and there is bearish attempt to breakout below it today. We could see the pair making a pullback and is currently trading near the trend line again. As mentioned before, the EUR/JPY direction is uncertain for now, which suggest traders to stay sideline until the direction clearer.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 160.00, 155.00, 154.00

Resistance: 163.00, 165.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP continue gaining today but the pair mostly trading between 0.8400 – 0.8430 area. Will the pair breakout higher and continue the bullish movement? Alternatively, will it breakout, get rejected from the trend line and resume the bearish movement? We think traders could stick with bullish scenario for now, with 0.8700 – 0.8750 as long-term target.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8430, 0.8500 , 0.8530, 0.8580, 0.8600, 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is under bearish pressure and managed to reach the 193.50 level today. The pair is looking to test the level and bounce from it. If the pair could bounce upward with strong momentum, then it will target the 198.00 – 200.00 area. On the lower side, breakout and close below 193.50 area might bring the pair to consolidate inside the previously broken area of 188.00 – 193.50.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 195.00, 198.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF moving lower after the rejection from 1.1200 resistance level. The pair gain more bearish momentum and currently testing 1.10600 support level. If a breakout and close below the level happen, then the pair might also confirm the breakout of rising wedge pattern. On the lower side, 1.0800, 1.0600 will become the bearish target to watch.

Support: 1.0800, 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.1000, 1.1200,
