EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY turned higher before it could reach the lower trend line. It completed the target and printed a new higher swing high. The pair could continue the bullish movement and traders who have long positions will place stop order below the latest swing low. On the upside, 183.4 will become the bullish target to watch.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 173.00, 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP breakout below 0.8700 and now not far from the trend line. As we mentioned before, if the pair could not break out above 0.8750 then it will turn lower to test the trend line. Traders will monitor the reactions near the trend line. As long as the pair could bounce from it, there is a chance of 0.8750 retest. A breakout and close below the trend line will open the path toward 0.8580 – 0.8600 area.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY breakout above the 200.00 level with impulsive movement. It is as predicted, as long as 198.00 – 200.00 area holdout and the pair continue printing higher swing high, higher swing low, the pair will eventually break out above 200.00. We have the impulsive break above 200.00 now, and it might continue upward to trigger more stop above the level. Traders who has long positions near 198.00 will place stop order near break-even.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 198.00, 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF could not shake the bearish trend yet as it is trading below 1.0800. If the pair could climb and close above 1.0800, then the trend might turn bullish. Under current situation, traders will continue maintain bearish outlook and expect breakout below 1.066.

Support: 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.0800, 1.1000, 1.1200
