Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | October 11, 2024

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY not moving much this week, the pair consolidating near the Fibonacci Retracement level and waiting for further reactions. As mentioned before, if the pair moves upward and forms bearish reactions near the higher retracement levels then traders could enter short positions. No change to the current outlook, it is better to stay sideline for now.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 160.00, 155.00, 154.00

Resistance: 163.00, 165.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP mostly sideway after the rejection from 0.8400 level. The pair is trading between 0.8325 – 0.8400 and will wait for a breakout of the range. When the pair closes outside of the range, traders will get confirmation on where the pair will move next. At the current time, traders could stay sideline or use the 0.8325 – 0.8400 area for range trading.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8400, 0.8500, 0.8530, 0.8580, 0.8600

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY situation and EUR/JPY situation are the same. The pair mostly sideways this week without any major indication on the next direction. At the current time, it is better to stay sideline and wait for more reactions. As mentioned before, we are waiting for bearish reactions near the Fibonacci Retracement levels for a chance to enter short positions.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 193.50, 190.00, 180.00, 178.70

Resistance: 195.00, 198.00, 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF made a bearish close yesterday below the triangle pattern but stayed near the 1.1200 – 1.1225 area. The pair situation continues to be sideways for now and might close the day near the area. Not much to to aside from waiting, traders will wait for the pair to form a new lower swing low or higher swing high to confirm the next direction.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1225, 1.1200, 1.1000, 1.0800, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.1360, 1.1400
