Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | October 19, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY moving upward toward the 148.50 – 151.50 resistance level. There is slight bearish pressure today but it might become a healthy bearish correction before further upside. Traders will continue to use each bearish correction as a chance to enter long positions. Technically, the pair continue printing a new higher high and higher low which means no reason to turn bearish.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 145.00, 140.50, 137.40

Resistance: 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP attempting to climb and close above 0.8700 – 0.8750 area. The pair could not print a close above the area yet but it keeps making a bullish attempt. Traders will monitor the pair reactions near the area. If the pair get rejected and continue the bearish movement then print a new lower low then the bearish trend is set to continue.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750, 0.8900, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is on the path upward as it prints a new higher high. There is no reason to turn bearish on the pair yet which means a bearish correction is a chance for traders to enter long positions. On the lower side, 164.00 is the support level to watch when the pair make a bearish correction.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 161.00, 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 164.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF maintains a close above the 1.1200 level and also printed a higher high on the daily chart. If the pair could continue to maintain the level and build a strong bullish movement then the upward movement will continue toward the 1.1530 – 1.1600 area. On the other hand, a major bearish close below 1.1200 followed by a new lower low will confirm a bearish continuation.

Support: 1.1200, 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
