EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP consolidating near the 0.8400 level and looks attempting to move upward. On the upside, the pair might target the 0.8500 – 0.8530 area where traders will use it as a chance to enter short positions. On the lower side, a breakout below 0.8400 and a new lower swing low will confirm the continuation of the bearish trend in the pair.

Support: 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8500, 0.8530, 0.8580, 0.8600, 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY extended the bearish movement today and currently trading near 188.50. The pair formed a new lower low and might be on the path lower to print a new lower swing low. Support: 180.00, 178.70

Resistance: 190.00, 193.50

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF moving sideways between the 1.1000 – 1.1225 area. No sign of a breakout from the range yet which means traders will continue to assume the sideways movement to continue. Traders will wait until the pair close outside of the area to get confirmation on the next direction. We still think the pair will make a bearish breakout to resume the long-term bearish trend.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1000, 1.0800, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.1200, 1.1225
