EUR/JPY continues trading between the 137.40 – 140.50 area and waiting for a trigger to move. Traders will wait for the pair to make a breakout and close outside of the range to confirm the next direction. We still think the pair has more chance to continue the bullish trend. However, if a new lower low is printed on the chart, it will cancel the bullish outlook.

EUR/GBP
EUR/GBP resume the bullish movement after two days close between 0.8900 – 0.9000. The pair currently trading above the 0.9000 level and might close above it. However, if the pair closes below 0.9000 again at the end of the day then the consolidation between 0.8900 – 0.9000 will continue.

Resistance: 0.9000, 0.9300
GBP/JPY
GBP/JPY movement seems contained between 153.50 – 156.58. The pair will keep pressuring to the downside and continue the bearish trend. No suggestion to enter long positions. Traders could use each bullish correction movement as a chance to enter short positions near 156.58.

GBP/CHF
GBP/CHF maintains a position above 1.0500 but it continues under bearish pressure. The pair might breakout and close below the level to continue the bearish movement toward the parity level. Traders will continue to avoid long positions for now as long as the pair continue printing a new lower low and lower high.
