USDX (USD Index)

U.S dollar index printed another bullish close yesterday though not a significant one. The index started its bearish movement today and has fallen below the previous day’s low. If the index continues building bearish momentum then traders will expect bearish continuation toward the 90.00 support level.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD has not resumed its bullish trend toward the 1.2200 resistance level. The pair stuck between 1.2070 – 1.2200 and waiting for further development. We think the pair will continue its uptrend in the medium-long-term and it is only a matter of time the event will happen.

Resistance: 1.2200, 1.2300, 1.2500

GBP/USD

GBP/USD managed to close above the 1.3300 – 1.3330 area yesterday. The pair make a major bullish jump today and currently testing the 1.3450 resistance level. If a breakout happens then GBP/USD is set to continue its upward movement toward 1.3500, 1.3600.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 1.3330, 1.3300, 1.3250, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3450, 1.3500

USD/JPY

USD/JPY mostly sideways near the 104.00, the pair closing level is not different from the previous day close. It seems traders will continue waiting for further reactions near the current level.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 104.00, 101.50, 101.19

Resistance: 105.00, 106.00, 106.70

AUD/USD

AUD/USD make a major bullish bounce from the bottom of the channel and climb above 0.7450 today. The pair expected to continue its bullish trend inside the channel and target 0.7500 also 0.7600 next. Traders who have long positions could continue to hold the positions for now.

Support: 0.7450, 0.7330, 0.7300

Resistance: 0.7500, 0.7600
