USDX (USD Index)
The U.S. dollar index is showing bullish pressure on the daily chart and has been moving higher for three consecutive days. The index continues to advance after the recent base formation, confirming a short-term bullish correction is underway. The next area of interest is near the 98.97 breakout level, followed by the daily SMA 200, where selling pressure may reappear. For now, traders will wait for bearish reactions for a chance to enter short positions in U.S. dollar.
EUR/USD
EUR/USD continues to trade under bearish pressure, but the pair is holding firmly near the 1.1710 support level. Selling momentum remains limited, suggesting the market is consolidating rather than breaking down. Traders who hold long positions from the 1.1500 bounce will continue to maintain positions with stop orders below 1.1610 or 1.1580. A deeper pullback toward the previously broken swing high around 1.1680 may occur and is still viewed as a potential area to add long positions.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 1.1710, 1.1580, 1.1500, 1.1360, 1.1300
Resistance: 1.1820
GBP/USD
GBP/USD continues to trade inside the 1.3300–1.3450 range. Price action remains volatile but directionless, with both buyers and sellers failing to gain control. Traders will continue to wait for a clear breakout from the range to get confirmation. A daily close above 1.3450 would confirm bullish continuation and open the path toward the 1.3600 target. On the downside, the daily SMA 200 and 1.3250 remain the key support levels to watch.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 1.3330, 1.3300, 1.3250, 1.3125, 1.3050, 1.3000
Resistance: 1.3450
USD/JPY
USD/JPY made a sharp bullish move following the BOJ interest-rate decision, with strong momentum pushing price decisively higher. The green box area proven as strong support area and a breakout below the area will confirm the end of bullish trend. On the upside, the pair will attempt to print a new higher swing high and target 159.633 also the 161.829.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: 155.00, 153.00, 151.00
Resistance: 158.89, 160.00
AUD/USD
AUD/USD remains mostly unchanged and is trading inside yesterday’s range. Price action suggests continued consolidation after the recent rebound, with neither buyers nor sellers showing strong commitment.
