USDX (USD Index)

U.S dollar index sideways for three days and looks will continue the sideways movement until next week FOMC meeting. No conclusion yet on the index next direction, traders better wait for the actual event to get confirmation. Will the index climb above 100.00 and cancel the bearish trend? Alternatively, will it resume the bearish trend and form a new lower swing low?

EUR/USD

EUR/USD is supported by the 1.1580 level and looks will continue the ranging movement between 1.1580 – 1.1710. Traders are in a waiting mode ahead of the next week FOMC meeting. The next movement will depend on the breakout direction from the 1.1580 – 1.1710 area.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1580, 1.1500, 1.1360, 1.1300

Resistance: 1.1710, 1.1820

GBP/USD

GBP/USD consistently falling this week as it printed 5 consecutive bearish closes. The pair might close the day bearish today and soon challenge the 1.3250 & daily SMA 200. Traders will monitor the pair reactions near both levels. If there is strong bullish reactions, then traders could enter long positions.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.3330, 1.3300, 1.3250, 1.3125, 1.3050, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3450, 1.3600, 1.3800, 1.4000

USD/JPY

USD/JPY on the path upward and soon will reach new higher swing high. The pair staying bullish and there is no change to the situation for now. If there is no change to the current bullish situation, traders could expect upward continuation to target 158.894 or 160.00 level.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 151.00, 150.00, 149.20, 145.00, 142.00,

Resistance: 153.00

AUD/USD

AUD/USD is consolidating near the 0.6500 level and looks will close the week near it. The pair has been trading sideways for two weeks, and we might get confirmation next week. Will the pair resume the bullish trend? Alternatively, will it fall below daily SMA 200 and cancel the current bullish outlook?

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.6500, 0.6350, 0.6250, 0.6000

Resistance: 0.6700
