The company had reported the adjusted revenue growth of 15 percent to $43.2 million in the fourth quarter of FY 24, beating the analysts’ estimates for revenue of $41.3 million. For the quarter, Adjusted EBITDA was $15.4 million, compared to $5.9 million a year ago, Adjusted EBITDA margin was 36%, compared to 16% a year ago, Non-GAAP operating income was $15.0 million, compared to $5.4 million a year ago and Non-GAAP operating margin was 35%, compared to 14% a year ago.

For fiscal 2025, Mitek Systems expects revenue to be between $170 million and $180 million. Analysts polled by FactSet anticipate $179.5 million in sales. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) margin is expected to be 24%-28%.
