Hence, the country has invited the international players to apply for their operational licenses in line with the exclusive Virtual Assets Ordinance 2025. Particularly, on Sunday, the PVARA released a worldwide call for expressions of interest (EoI). For this purpose, applicants need to submit their documentation providing the details of the present licenses, proposed business modified for Pakistan’s market, compliance history, and operational footprint.

According to Reuters, in compliance with the Virtual Assets Ordinance 2025, PVARA’s EoI invites the crypto entities to file their submissions that will reportedly be accepted on rolling basis.
