It means no other companies are allowed to use the same name or products.

Trade Secrets

This right allows you to take actions or legal uses against individuals or companies that breach an agreement, trade contract, or confidential relationship, or people  who steal the secret information. They may include computer programs, food ingredients, beverage formula, or customer lists. They maintain confidential status of your business and enhances the value through the secret information.
