Sucden Financial Expands FX Sales Team With Four New Hires

Global multi-asset liquidity provider Sucden Financial has expanded its FX sales team with new hires at the company’s London office.

According to the announcement, the new team will help to grow the firm’s client base, with a full range of FX services. This will include deliverable FX, NDFa, NDOs, OTC options, swaps, forwards, and FX spot. The services will also include providing FX clearing and liquidity, direct ECN access, and third-party credit intermediation.

According to the announcement, Steven Robinson, Ian Steadman, and Toby Warner will take up sales roles while Mike Wilkins will become its Global Head of FX Sales.

Wilkins is coming with years of experience within the industry. He previously worked at StoneX where he was head of the company’s foreign exchange sales for Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

Global Head of FX at Sucden Financial, Wayne Roworth, commented about the recruitment. He says the firm is excited that the new team is joining at a time when it needs to expand and enhance its FX services.

“The newly added team members will assist in the expansion of Sucden Financial’s client base,” Roworth added.

Building upon the company’s success

Mike Wilkins also commented on the appointment. According to him, Sucden Financial is a “recognized leader within the FX industry” which has a superior product offering. Wilkins says he wants to bring his experience to the entire FX team to expand the business and build upon its success.

As part of its expansion plans, Sucden Financial recently launched a mobile trading app that offers order management, position monitoring, and real-time trading for users.

Sucden Financial has a long history in commodity futures and options trading. The company was established in 1973 and has received immense support from its parent company Sucden while operating independently.
