These of course present more challenges for employers. They need to meet the need for balanced work life and personal life. On the other hand, they have to make sure that the financial costs they spend must be worthy the outcomes and organization’s performance.

One of the workplace predictions in 2019 is faster work pace. This has many things to do with the use of technology at workplace. Tools like collaborative management platforms, templates, work-place apps, artificial intelligence, automation, streamlined communication, and other resources help the enterprises so much. Improving technology means more things can be done in more effective and efficient ways.

In addition, advanced technology should mean less heavy burdens are put on the employees. This way, they can achieve the target performance without sacrificing their personal life. Technology is rationally a perfect tool to achieve work-life balance. While moving the business faster forward, the technology should allow both the employers and the employees to enjoy their life.
