Forex Technical Cross Pairs analysis October 7, 2019

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY little changed since the opening of today’s trading session. The pair opened lower and set to continue its bearish movement toward the bottom trendline and 115.80 support level. No change to the outlook of the pair yet and traders could observe the pair reaction when it hit the support level.

Support: 116.00, 115.80

Resistance: 117.80, 119.00, 119.20

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP has not moved far from 0.8920, with no rejection and no breakout yet. It seems the consolidation near 0.8920 will continue. At the current time, it is better to stay sideline or trade bearish positions with 0.8750 as a target.

Support: 0.8800, 0.8750

Resistance: 0.8900, 0.8920, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

More bearish pressure experienced by GBP/JPY. No reason to place long positions until the pair reach the major support level 130.00. Traders will continue waiting at the sideline for now. We expect the pair to continue its movement between two trendlines.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 130.00

Resistance: 132,00, 133.00, 134.00

GBP/CHF

A test on the bottom trendline happened today and GBP/CHF expected to continue its consolidation inside the triangle pattern. No clue on the breakout direction which means it is better to wait until breakout happens. However, the long-term direction of GBP/CHF is bearish which traders could use as a reference to take positions.

Support: 1.2075, 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2300, 1.2500
