Forex Technical Cross Pairs analysis June 08, 2020

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY extended its bullish movement above 121.50 and closed above 123.30. The pair formed a bearish pin bar pattern on the Friday trading session. However, the pair might be a temporary pause only before further upward movement. At the current time, the pair range span between 123.30 – 125.00.

We think the pair has high odds to continue upward and target 125.00.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 123.30, 121.50

Resistance: 125.00

EUR/GBP

The bearish reaction at the end of the week is not a good sign for EUR/GBP. The pair move lower and closed as a bearish engulfing pattern. It also closed below 0.8920 which might trigger further bearish pressure this week. If EUR/GBP continues lower then traders will expect the pair to target trendline or 0.8862.

On the other hand, if the pair could continue higher then 0.9000 might be broken soon.

Support: 0.8862, 0.8750

Resistance: 0.8920, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

Nothing could stop the pair from moving higher again right now. GBP/JPY continues adding more bullish gain above 135.00 – 136.00 area. The pair is not far from the 140.00 resistance level. When the pair reach 140.00 a bearish reaction may occur.

It is better to wait for major bearish close before placing any major positions.

Support: 136.00, 135.00

Resistance: 140.00

GBP/CHF

The direction is pointed to the upside for GBP/CHF as the pair jumped from 1.2000 support level. It climbed to the level near 1.2300 before pulled lower. This week, the pair could continue moving upward and target the 1.2300 resistance level.

Traders will hold long positions and waiting for reactions from the resistance level before determining the next direction.

Support: 1.2000, 1.1867

Resistance: 1.2300
