USDX (USD Index)

The bearish pressure on the U.S dollar index continues to build up. The index moving lower below 92.60 and is expected to target 92.00. At the current time, the index is expected to maintain the movement between 92.00 – 93.00. Traders will continue waiting for the index to trade outside of the range to get a clue on the next direction.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD maintained the positions above the 1.1820 level and continue building up bullish pressure. The pair has not printed a higher swing high to confirm the bullish reversal. If a higher swing high is printed then the pair is expected to target daily SMA 200 and 1.2000.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1820, 1.1710, 1.1580

Resistance: 1.2000, 1.2070

GBP/USD

GBP/USD range currently spans between daily SMA 200 and the 1.3835 resistance level. The pair might continue trading sideline inside the area for now with bullish boas. On the upside, the pair need a close above 1.4000 to confirm a long-term bullish continuation.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 1.3600

Resistance: 1.3835, 1.4000, 1.4325

USD/JPY

USD/JPY failed to make another close above 110.00. The pair formed a pin bar pattern yesterday near the 110.00 but no bearish follow-through yet. At the current time, the pair might continue trading sideways while waiting for momentum to move.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 109.00, 108.00

Resistance: 110.00, 111.00, 112.00

AUD/USD

AUD/USD managed to breakout above 0.7300 – 0.7330 area. The pair seems ready to continue its bullish movement and target daily SMA 200. Traders could use the 0.7300 – 0.7330 area for the chance to enter long positions when a retest happens and the pair managed to bounce from it.

Support: 0.7160, 0.7000

Resistance: 0.7300, 0.7330
