TradeZero America has something new to celebrate. They’ve added Apex Clearing to their fold. The New York-based company will be able to use Apex’s custody and clearing services to enhance Tradezero’s many functions. Things like moving money, deposits and withdrawals, onboarding or even just opening an account will all be improved via Apex.
Apex will allow TradeZero to enhance its execution of options contracts as well. Thanks to the rise of things like Robinhood, Tradezero has started to offer commission-free trading in stocks.
If TradeZero wanted to trade in the ever-evolving crypto-asset market, Apex would allow them to do that. Apex is well known for allowing both investment and broker-dealer platforms the opportunity to make use of crypto investing for their clients. Apex is a service provider that is compliant to both legally and regulatorily for clients in most US states.
The Obligatory Public Statements
Mike Haupt, Chief Executive Officer of TradeZero America, had a few words to share about Apex. He stated that Apex was a household name when it came to clearing for both movers and shakers in the fintech industry. He expressed his joy of having such a forward-thinking brand such as Apex in his team. Haupt explained that through using Apex’s custodial services, they are able to further streamline their services and better cater to their clients. Apex would help in particular with its administrative processes.
Bill Capuzzi, the CEO of Apex Clearing, had a similar praising tone with his statement. He stated Apex’s pleasure in welcoming TradeZero America into their capital market client roster. He spoke for everyone inside his company when he said that they were excited about the possible long-term partnership TradeZero offers.
TradeZero America Inc. is a relatively new player on the block. They’re based in New York and operate as an online broker-dealer in commission-free stock trading. Coupled with that, they give direct market center access to stocks and options found in the US. The company has a wide range of software platforms in order to deliver a broking service dedicated to every client’s needs. TradeZero America is a member of both FINRA and SIPC, ensuring the company’s compliance with both regulating bodies.
Apex Clearing is a clearing and custody firm that’s running the bleeding edge of digital wealth management. The technology firm is based in Dallas and was founded back in 2012. They have offices in Chicago, New York City, Oregan, and Portland. Apex Clearing is registered to the SEC, the regulatory body for securities within the US.
How this new partnership will turn out remains to be seen, but the two companies look like a good fit. Hopefully it will work out in the end and both groups can gain mutual profit from the venture.
