USDX (USD Index)

U.S dollar index made a bearish close yesterday but stick near the 94.00 – 94.30 area. The index next direction seems will continue sideways inside the range with a bullish bias. If a bullish breakout and close above 94.30 happen then the bullish movement will target 95.00.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD made a bullish close above 1.1580 but there is no major bullish bounce from the 1.1580 support level yet. At the current time, the pair is under bearish pressure at the 1.1580 level. Will the pair continue its bearish movement toward 1.1500 or start another bullish correction toward 1.1710?

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1500, 1.1360

Resistance: 1.1580, 1.1710, 1.1820, 1.2000, 1.2070

GBP/USD

GBP/USD has touched both 1.3450, 1.3600 and both levels provide reaction. The pair trend is bearish below 1.3600 and a close below 1.3450 will confirm further bearish movement. At the current time, it seems the pair will trade between 1.3450 – 1.3600 and wait for further reaction.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 1.3450

Resistance: 1.3600, 1.3835, 1.4000

USD/JPY

USD/JPY trading lower on the path toward 112.00. If the pair managed to reach the level then traders could consider entering long positions. Despite the bearish sentiment, the pair can make a bullish reversal at the current level and resume the long-term bullish trend.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 113.00, 112.00

Resistance: 114.50, 115.00

AUD/USD

AUD/USD extends its bearish movement toward 0.7300 – 0.7330. Traders will wait until the pair reach the level to test it. If the pair could bounce from the level then there is a chance for another test on daily SMA 200. On the other hand, a breakout below the level could bring the pair down to test 0.7160.

Support: 0.7450, 0.7330, 0.7300

Resistance: 0.7500, 0.7550
