New Brexit deal to boost the market
U.S stock market future pointed upward after the EU and UK announce a new draft of the deal on Brexit. The draft will come under vote by the UK parliament this Saturday. If the deal approved then it will put an end to the Brexit drama and help the market to get a boost. At the current time, DJIA futures up almost 100 points before the market open.
In today trading session, China emphasize that U.S must remove tariff implemented for both countries to reach a deal.
Asian & European Stock market
The Asian stock market traded mixed. Japan’s stock market down 21.06 points (-0.09%) to 22,451.86, China stock market down 1.38 points (-0.05%) to 2,977.33, and Australia ASX 200 down 51.80 points (-0.77%) to 6,684.70. The European stock market advance as the EU and UK strike a new deal. DAX Germany up 0.20%, UK FTSE up 0.49%, Euro STOXX600 up 0.22%
Technical Analysis
Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)
The index stall at 27,000 resistance and waiting for a trigger to move. No major bearish reaction means there is a chance the index might continue its bullish movement. Without any change in the outlook then DJIA might continue its ranging movement between two trendlines and 26,000 – 27,000 area.
