There is so much happening in the binary options industry. One of the latest developments is the merger between Invest.com and Anyoption, which is going to be the next big thing in this industry. Anyoption, a Cyprus-regulated binary options broker, has agreed to merge with invest.com in a bid to expand their market in different parts of the world. Invest.com, a forex trading and trading platform has been doing well in the past years and its merger with Anyoption will make it a global spanning conglomeration
The merger is going to be led by invest.com, Finance Magnates has reported. The decision of the two companies to work together will see them combine their licenses. The merger will also attract clients from South Africa, thanks to the Anyoption license. There are minimal changes anticipate following the merger of the two firms.
For instance, the new company will retain the binary options portfolio, which used to be offered by Anyoption. The company will also continue to offer different services that invest.com used to provide clients such as portfolio management among others. The extensive client database is among the changes that the binary broker will introduce from the new development.
Anyoption is not a new company as many people might think. The binary broker has been around for around one decade. During these years, the company has become a household name because of the quality of services it offers to clients. The firm has been operating using a license from Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
However, the broker had issues with the license last year before the new move was made. Both Anyoption and invest.com are controlled by CySEC with the latter offering two proprietary platforms to take care of needs of different clients. The two platforms- simple and pro- offers clients with a wonderful opportunity to make wealth without going through much hassle over the same.
