ARES in the first quarter of FY25 has reported the adjusted earnings per share of $1.09, beating the analysts’ estimates for the adjusted earnings per share of 98 cents.
Additionally, Ares declared a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per share of its Class A and non-voting common stock, payable on June 30, 2025 to its Class A and non-voting common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2025. Ares declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84375 per share of its 6.75% Series B mandatory convertible preferred stock, payable on July 1, 2025 to its preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2025.
