Bitcoin ($BTC) has experienced a sharp drop once again after crossing $100,000 2 days ago. Bitcoin is currently trading at $92,872 making a new lower low at the 7-day chart. In the past 30 days, institutional investors have accumulated more than 34,000 BTC. It gave Bitcoin’s recovery a boost from this accumulation. Bitcoin’s price has risen thanks to large scale buying from institutions that continue to demonstrate confidence in the market.

However, institutional investors still rebalanced their portfolios, but the pattern remained the same. According to on chain data, large players have been accumulating since June 2023. They do not believe in the long-term value of bitcoin, but look at the short-term volatility.
