Bitmain will supply Core Scientific with 27,000 Bitmain S19J XP 151 TH Bitcoin mining servers as part of the agreement. The deal includes $23.1 million in cash and $53.9 million in Core Scientific common stock. The shares will be valued after a bankruptcy judge approves a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization in the fourth quarter. Since it uses 21.7 Joules per terahash per second, the S19J XP is known for its efficiency.
