Non-fungible token (NFT) platform Blockasset has announced a collaboration with digital artist Dosbrak to roll out a collection of NFTs.
According to the announcement, the upcoming NFT collection will be known as Legends Collection, and both partners are working on the right modalities for the project.
Blockasset To Work With Five Athletes
The partnership is also featuring five athletes, each from a different sport. These include MMA, athletics, rugby, boxing, and football. While the partnership deal is in progress, the company is yet to reveal the identity or names of the athletes involved.
Blockasset has also provided details of the partnership, revealing that the collection will have a total of 10,000 NFTs. However, depending on the rarity of the collection, they will further be split into two groups of 2,000.
The company stated that the new NFT will be featuring a special art designed as a way of honoring each one of the celebrity athletes. It will showcase some of the most iconic moments of their careers and provide a means of connecting fans to their favorite athletes. According to Blockasset, Legends of Collection will be in form of personalized digital arts that will bring fans close to their heroes.
Dosbrak Comes With A Unique Approach
The company also hopes to organize giveaways and run a “guess the athlete” competition. It will be part of the goal of promoting the NFT collection to a broader fan base.
The NFT space has grown in popularity over the past year. The collaboration with Dosbrak will offer another avenue for the NFTs collection to be widely known. Dosbrak is very popular in digital art and is popular for his sport-centric artworks. This has drawn a lot of praise from several celebrity athletes.
Blockasset stated that there is no better time to have this partnership than now when more people are entering the NFT space.
The company added that it decided to collaborate with Dosbrak because of his unique approach to artwork. Additionally, his expertise and experience working with sports legends like Connor McGregor and Mike Tyson will be pivotal for the NFT space. He will be bringing a unique style to the Legends Collection, Blockasset reiterated.
