The CADJPY, like many other currency pairs, saw regular fluctuations. A bullish candle on one day, followed by a bearish one. It occurs periodically in response to the release of news that significantly affects the trading market.

Currently, the pair is trading at 105.38, and there are several levels of resistance in its path. However, the Tokyo Consumer Price Index may end up unchanged from the prior month at 2.5%. For this reason, the Japanese yen (JPY) value remained unchanged vs the Canadian dollar (CAD).
The Statistics Bureau of Japan has provided data on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) that demonstrates the change in prices of consumer goods by factoring in the costs of various items found in a standard basket of purchases. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a leading economic indicator since it measures price changes across the economy.
Inflation’s effect, which is critical in establishing the final consumer’s purchasing power, was also reflected in the index. As inflation rises, so does the purchasing power of the average person.
Conclusion
With the recent price movement of the pair in mind, opening short positions in the CADJPY in the trading market couldn’t be risky. I am considering the possibility of staying in this position for the foreseeable future.
