Gold set to extend bullish rally

Gold has moved above $1,680 – $1,700 area and continue print bullish closes on the daily chart. The precious metal expected to extend its bullish movement toward $1,780. Today, there is no bullish follow-through yet and the price currently trading inside the previous day range.

Traders who want to enter long positions need to wait for a bearish correction toward the nearest support level before entering positions.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: $1,700, $1,680

Resistance: $1,750, $1,780

Silver capped at $15.20

Silver prices bullish bounce surpassed $15.20 yesterday but at the end of the day, the price moves lower and closed near the level. Today, there is no bullish attempt above the $15.20 resistance yet. If silver could make major bullish close above $15.20 then traders will expect further bullish continuation.
