Gold remain bullish
Gold continues to move inside a rising bullish channel after the strong rebound from the $5,000 support area. The current structure suggests that buyers remain in control as the price continues to form higher lows within the channel. While the overall outlook remains bullish, the market may experience sideways movement or short-term consolidation as traders wait for more clarity from upcoming inflation data. The price could continue slowly inside the channel toward the previous record high.
On the downside, a breakdown below the channel support could trigger a deeper correction toward the $5,000 support area. Until such a break occurs, the bullish structure remains intact. If the price printed new lower swing low below $5,000 then we might be set for bearish scenario to target trendline.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: $5,000, $4,670, $4,546, $4,500, $4,380
Resistance: $5,200, $5,500
Silver bearish pressure
Silver is also moving inside a rising bullish channel, reflecting similar price behavior to gold. The metal continues to maintain its upward structure after recovering strongly from the recent pullback. Although the broader trend remains bullish, price action may become choppy in the short term as traders wait for the latest inflation data, which could influence expectations for monetary policy.
If silver continues to hold above the channel support, the metal may extend its upward movement toward the $100 resistance level. However, a breakdown below the channel could trigger a correction toward the $70 support zone.
Today’s critical level to watch:
Support: $83.91, $80.00, $70.00
Resistance: $85.00, $100.00, $120.00
Crude oil attempt to stabilize
Crude oil recently experienced strong volatility after the sharp rally that pushed prices higher earlier. The market managed to move lower and briefly reached the $77.13 level before bouncing back. Currently, the price appears to be stabilizing within the $85.00 – $90.00 range near the closing levels, suggesting that the market may enter a consolidation phase. The lack of a clear directional move indicates that traders are likely waiting for new catalysts before committing to the next trend.
Today’s critical level to watch:
Support: $85.00, $80.00, $77.13, $70.00, $67.20
Resistance: $90.00, $95.00
