Daily Oil, Gold, Silver Technical Analysis | May 01, 2026

Gold supported at $4,546

Gold successfully found support again at the critical $4,546 level today. As a result, the precious metal is trading slightly higher in the current session. However, the upward push lacks any strong momentum just yet. Therefore, traders cannot confirm a true bullish reversal at this time. If the price decisively closes below $4,546, the bearish continuation becomes the main scenario. On the other hand, a fresh new higher swing high will quickly turn the broader trend bullish again.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

FBS The Best Forex Broker

Support: $4,546, $4,500, $4,380

Resistance: $5,000, $5,200, $5,500

Silver continue upward

Silver continues to maintain its established trading range today. Specifically, the price remains firmly contained between the $70.00 and $80.00 boundaries. Currently, the metal is trading upward with moderate bullish momentum. However, this push is not strong enough to break the range structure. As a result, it seems the ongoing consolidation phase will simply continue. Therefore, traders should expect more sideways action until a clear breakout occurs.

Today’s critical level to watch:

Support: $70.00, $54.00, $50.00

Resistance: $80.00, $83.91, $85.00, $100.00, $120.00

Crude oil bearish extension

Crude oil is trading slightly lower during today’s session. Despite this minor pullback, the price has not erased the latest powerful bullish candlestick. Because buyers are still firmly defending recent gains, the direction remains undeniably bullish for now. Therefore, the broader uptrend stays fully intact. Consequently, the current weakness might simply represent a healthy intraday correction. Traders should watch for another upward leg in the coming sessions.

Today’s critical level to watch:

Support: $100.00, $95.00, $90.00, $85.00, $80.00, $77.13

Resistance: $110.00
