Gold continues trading near $2,000
There is nothing changed in the gold prices situation. The price keeps consolidating not far from the $2,000 handle and traders will continue waiting for further reactions. The market seems waiting for the Fed FOMC meeting this week where the Fed might increase the rate for the last time this year. If the Fed confirms no more rate-hike then the U.S. dollar will weaken and its counterpart will continue raising. The gold prices trend is bullish, if the price continues a bearish correction then it is a chance for traders to enter more long positions.
Today’s critical levels to watch:
Support: $1,950, $1,900, $1,850
Resistance: $2,000, $2,069, $2,074
Silver fell below $25.00
Silver prices move upward with strong bullish momentum yesterday. However, the upward movement immediately reversed and the price make a bearish close yesterday. There is a bearish continuation in today’s trading session which might bring the price down to target the $23.90. If the price manages to reach the $23.90 and $23.00 levels then traders could consider entering more long positions.
Today’s Critical levels to watch:
Support: $23.90, $23.00, $21.35, $20.00
Resistance: $25.00, $26.00
Crude oil bearish continuation?
The weakness of crude oil prices continues below the $77.13 level, it seems the price will continue the bearish movement to target the $70.00 level. Despite the situation, traders will wait for the Fed FOMC meeting this week. If the price could close above $77.13 at the end of the week then the trend will turn bullish again.
Today’s critical level to watch:
Support: $77.13, $70.00, $65.00
Resistance: $80.00, $85.00, $90.00, $95.25
