Gold consolidate inside $1,680 – $1,700

Gold prices currently testing the $1,700 level and looking for a bullish breakout. However, since the beginning of the week, there is no major breakout, and the price capped below it. Without any breakout, gold prices expected to trade between $1,680 – $1,700 for now.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: $1,680, $1,650, $1,600

Resistance: $1,700

Silver consolidating near $15.00 – $15.20

Silver prices avoid further bearish breakdown and currently moving up to challenge $15.00 – $15.20 area. If the price could continue higher and close above $15.20 then traders will expect further bullish pressure toward $15.60. At the current time, traders will wait for a further reaction from the resistance area.

Today Critical levels to watch:

Support: $14.40

Resistance: $15.00, $15.20, $15.60

Crude oil on the bullish path

Since the bounce from $10.00 handle, crude oil continues moving upward and surpassed $20.00 handle. The price currently trades near $25.00 and might continue its upward movement. This month, the implementation of a production cut by OPEC is the factor which helps the price moving upward.

As long as the price continues moving upward, there is no reason for traders to enter short positions yet.

Support: $22.00, $20.00

Resistance: $25.00
