Gold stuck near daily SMA 200

The bull seems troubled to bring gold prices back above the blue trendline resistance. It is a critical moment for the precious metal as it could slip into a long-term bearish trend or restart the bullish trend to challenge $1,360 area again.

Traders will focus on The Fed interest-rate decision today which could produce huge volatility in gold prices. A rate-hike ensured a breakdown in U.S dollar opposite instrument. While no rate-hike is a neutral choice and will depend on future rate guidance from the Fed to create a trend.

Support: $1,300

Resistance: $1,320, $1,325, $1,337, $1,340

Silver surpass previous day high

Silver is in a better condition compared to other precious metals. The price move above previous day high and stay above it before The Fed interest-rate decision. We might see further increase in price toward the black trendline today.

Support: $16.00

Resistance: $16.50, $16.80, $17.00, $17.50

Crude oil time to bounce?

The market is waiting for The Fed interest-rate decision while crude oil traders are waiting for U.S inventory data. Forecast see 1.0 million barrels increase while actual show the wider spread of 6.2 million barrels. The number is bullish for crude oil, but at the moment of data release, crude oil down $0.20 immediately.

Will we see a further decrease in crude oil?
