Gold testing $1,680 – $1,700

Gold prices building bullish pressure and closed near the $1,680 – $1,700 area last week. There is no bullish continuation yet in today’s trading session. The price might continue testing the resistance area and looking for a bullish breakout. If the price could close above $1,700 then it could continue the upward movement to target the daily SMA 200.

Silver extends bullish movement toward $21.35

Silver prices made a bullish breakout and closed above the $20.00 resistance level last week. The price might continue the upward movement to target the $21.35 resistance level. If the price starts a bearish correction then traders could use the $20.00 level as a place to enter long positions. If the price close above $21.35 then the overall trend will turn bullish for the long term.

Today’s Critical levels to watch:

Support: $18.50, $17.73

Resistance: $20.00, $21.35

Crude oil looking to target $95.25

Crude oil prices managed to close above the $90.00 resistance level and now will attempt to extend the bullish movement toward the $95.25 resistance level. If the price could close above $95.25, the trend might turn from bearish to bullish. At the current time, we have a higher low printed on the chart which means a higher high will confirm a trend change.

Support: $85.00, $80.00, $77.13

Resistance: $90.00, $95.25
